Marianne has been working with seniors for over 20 years in real estate, mortgage services, volunteering time with in-bound seniors. Through her years of experience and assisted with the personal needs of elders in her family she saw the need for a service-oriented company to help seniors and their families with moving, downsizing and relocating. Her goal is to take the stress, fear and anxiety out of the entire process of downsizing and changing one's lifestyle!

Senior Options Services, LLC's Mission Statement is:

Downsizing and Relocation Services

Under Marianne's direction the staff at Senior Options Services, LLC know that their greatest concern is the senior and their family. The entire staff is trained and directed to appreciate that downsizing and relocation can be difficult for many seniors and their families. In many cases the elder is moving out of a home that has a lifetime of memories. Marianne appreciates the emotions involved with making this change and has developed a process of timelines and checklists along with caring, personalized service.

The goal is to make the downsizing, the move and the relocation happen in the most upbeat way as possible. Marianne has developed a system and techniques to make this transition as easy as is humanly possible. A large part of a successful relocation for a senior involves focusing on the new home with a new layout and create a new space that is more comfortable for the senior and their new lifestyle. The goal is to combine the new with the mementos of the past but end up with a safer, happier and fuller life for the senior.
