Our staff becomes your partners in dealing with downsizing and relocation. We can assist you with a variety of services. We look at this transition as having three stages: Downsizing, the actual Moving and Relocation services. The following reviews the steps in each of these tasks.

We offer a complimentary assessment to identity a potential client's downsizing, moving and relocation needs.
Downsizing Stage
This is where the senior and/or family are actually making the decision to relocate from a larger home to a smaller one. It is very important to allow enough time to deal with possessions accumulated over a lifetime and finding the right place to move to.
- Develop a checklist and timeline
- Make decisions on downsizing in regard to possessions
- Start reviewing options on where and when to move. This includes visiting a variety of senior properties
- Work with the senior and family to designate what belongings stay and what will be gifted, donated or shipped
- Coordinate services for setting up e-bay account for the senior or family to sell valuable items that are no longer wanted or needed
- Supervise tasks within the home that the owner or family does not have time to deal with. This may include arranging and supervising cleaning services and home repairs
- Coordinate consults for selling the home such as movers, painters, staging artists
- List/sell home if required
Moving Stage
The actual moving day can become very stressful for everyone if not planned well. We work with you to ensure that the move becomes a new beginning.
- We are your move managers
- We coordinate all services for a smooth move
- As Move Managers we supervise the actual move and assist with limited light packing
Relocation Stage
Our goal is to see the senior settled in their new home and enjoying life to the fullest!
- Assist in tours of properties to find your new home. This may include retirement properties or smaller single family residence
- Design layout of furniture in the new home based on floor plan
- Arrange shopping and delivery of new furniture to the new home
